Continuing with the previous guidance, here’s the CBN email guide in Ms. Outlook 2007.

1. Open Ms. Outlook 2007, here’s what it looks like if you just opened it for the  first time, click Next.  If you’ve opened before, go to step 9


2. Select Yes, click Next.

3. Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types, click Next.

4. Select Internet E-mail, click Next.

5. Fill in the following data  and then click More Settings.

Your Name : Your name (which will be displayed).

E-mail Address : email address.

Account Type : POP3.

Incoming mail server :

Outgoing mail server :

User Name : email address.

Password : email password.

6. Click the Outgoing Server tab  and check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.

7. Click the Advanced tab  and fill in the following  picture and then click OK.

8. Click Test Account Settings and make sure the results are as shown below then click Close – NEXT – Finish. Until this  step the email configuration process has been completed.

9. Click Tools – Account Settings – tab Email – New – Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP – Next and go back to step 3.

CBN Email Guide on Android

If you  are an existing user of CBN emails, of course you  will receive information via email that CBN will migrate  emails. In order to receive  and send emails, of course,  the latest email  configuration guide is needed.

Here’s a guide to CBN email on Android.

Click Settings – Accounts.


2. Select Personal (IMAP).

3. Select Personal (POP3).

4. Fill in the full email address in your Email account.

5. Fill in the email password at Sign in.

6. On server fill in with and 995 on Ports and select SSL / TLS on security type then click NEXT.

7. In the Outgoing server settings, fill in the on the SMTP server and 465 on the Port then select SSL / TLS on the Security type, check Require signin then click NEXT.

8. Select  the desired frequency of email  checking time, in this picture, every 15 minutes HP will check the email.  Check on Notify me…  and Sync emails…  to get notified when receiving incoming emails  and then click NEXT.

9. Give the account name  to Give this… , I recommend filling it in with  an email address to make it easier to distinguish if later you will be adding another email  address in  the HP device and on Your name …  can be filled in your  full name then click NEXT.

Password : email password
